Biography

I started my career the way most people in this industry do — on-site, in the gap between what the drawings promised and what the budget could actually deliver. That’s where I learned that construction runs on execution: tight cost control, honest scheduling, and people who do what they say they’ll do.

In 2016 I founded Bricklane, a cost consultancy, project management, and RCC contracting company. Since then we’ve delivered 200M+ sq. ft. across residential, commercial, hospitality, and IT developments for clients including Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Runwal Group — backed by a team of seasoned engineers, spearheaded by domain leaders who’ve shaped some of India’s most demanding developments.

Somewhere along the way I started sharing what I was learning — on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — and found an industry hungry for it. Construction is always last in line for new technology; most professionals are still catching up on basic apps and MS Office, let alone AI. That gap is exactly why I’m building Dalvi: because AI has finally gotten easy enough that no one needs to learn to code to use it, and construction professionals deserve to feel as technologically sharp as any software engineer in the world. We’re the ones actually building what everyone else only talks about — it’s time we dominated that narrative.
