I’m the founder of Bricklane, a cost consultancy, project management, and RCC contracting company. Since 2016, we’ve delivered 200M+ sq. ft. across residential, commercial, hospitality, and IT developments for clients including Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Runwal Group — backed by a team of seasoned engineers, spearheaded by domain leaders who’ve shaped some of India’s most demanding developments.
Today I split my time between running Bricklane, curating content on construction and AI for professionals across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and building Dalvi — starting with the world’s first AI School for construction professionals.
